Free Shipping to Lower 48

Motawill will ship your batteries for free anywhere in the lower 48 US States. Batteries ship UPS ground freight and will arrive in 5-7 days to most of the US. You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order ships. The USPS does not allow for batteries to be shipped to Post Office boxes (PO Box). Please use a street address. Larger batteries (over 300 watts) require hazmat shipping. We pay the cost of Hazmat and freight (typically $90 to $150 a battery). You pay $0 for shipping. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is higher due to federal law that requires that batteries ship Air Freight and have Hazmat protection. Shipping to Canada includes duty, GST and import fees.

For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 30 days after received it. A 10% processing fee will be applied but we can prevent it for the customer if a replacement order is received. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. Motawill will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.

2000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter FAQ

No. This model can only work with 12V battery system.

No. The Motawill 2000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter can only convert DC power to AC power.

1. Determining Power Needs: Inverters are rated by their wattage capacity, indicating how many watts they can handle simultaneously. To calculate your power requirements, add up the wattage of all the devices you intend to run. For example, if you have a 500-watt fridge and an 800-watt air conditioner, the total load is 1300 Watts. In this case, you'd want an inverter with a capacity exceeding 1300W. Motawill's 2000W and 3000W inverters are suitable for such power needs.

2. Battery Voltage Compatibility: The inverter's DC voltage rating should match your battery bank's voltage. If you have a 12V battery bank, ensure your inverter is compatible with 12V DC input.

3. Installation Space: Consider where you plan to install the inverter. Make sure it fits in the designated space with adequate room for proper ventilation, preventing any fire hazards.

Modified sine wave inverters are older technology and generally less expensive. They can be used for many standard appliances but may cause trouble with delicate electronics or audio equipment. Some equipment may work but run hotter than normal.
Pure sine wave inverters are a bigger investment, but much more versatile.
1. Output voltage wave form is a pure sine wave with very low harmonic distortion and clean power like utility-supplied electricity.
2. Inductive loads like microwave ovens and motors run faster, quieter, and cooler.
3. Reduces audible and electrical noise in fans, fluorescent lights, audio amplifiers, TV, Game consoles, Fax, and answering machines.
4. Prevents crashes in computers, weird printouts, and glitches and noise in monitors.

Yes, as long as the lithium battery is rated for 12V applications.

Three data points must be confirmed. （1）The rated power (W) of the load to be run. （2） Expected runtime (hrs) of the load. （3） The nominal

Avoid switching on the inverter with the load already turned on. This may trigger an overload since some electronic devices have an initial high power surge to start.

The rated power (W) of the load should be less than the continuous power supported by the inverter (2000W). Pls, note that the inverter efficiency = inverter output power/inverter input power.
