The Motawill 12V LiFePO4 Battery boasts impressive longevity, with a lifespan of up to 4000 cycles of full charge and discharge. After reaching this cycle count, the battery's efficiency may decline slightly, but it will still deliver approximately 90% of its original performance.

The time required to charge a 12V LiFePO4 battery is influenced by factors like sunlight availability, temperature, and the specific battery type. To estimate the charging time, calculate the amps delivered from your solar panels (total wattage/voltage of the battery). Then divide the amp hours of your solar battery by the amps delivered. For instance, if you possess a 100Ah 12V battery and use three 100-watt solar panels, resulting in a system that delivers 25 amps, dividing 100Ah by 25 amps would indicate a charging duration of four hours for a 12V 100Ah battery using a 300-watt solar panel system.

The Motawill 12V LiFePO4 Battery is designed with specific operating temperature ranges for both charging and discharging:

Discharging: 12V LiFePO4 Battery can safely operate within a temperature range of 5℉ to 158℉ (-15℃ to 70℃).

Charging: The recommended operating temperature range for charging is 41℉ to 131℉ (5℃ to 55℃).

For the best performance and to maintain battery health, it's advisable to use a 12V LiFePO4 Battery in an environment with a temperature of approximately 73.4 ± 9℉ (23 ± 5℃).

20A (0.2C): This charging rate will fully charge the battery in approximately 5 hours, bringing it to 100% capacity.
50A (0.5C): Opting for this charging rate will get the battery to around 97% capacity in roughly 2 hours.

When connecting the charger to your battery, ensure it is connected before plugging it into the power grid to prevent any sparks.

Charging your 12V LiFePO4 Battery is a straightforward process, thanks to the advanced technology and robust built-in battery protection system. Here's how to charge it:

Select a Charger: You have the flexibility to use a standard charger with our 12V LiFePO4 Battery. However, in specific situations, such as when rapid or specialized charging is required, you may opt for a dedicated lithium charger.

Connect to Power: Plug your chosen charger into an appropriate power source or outlet.

Battery Connection: Use the charger's cables to connect it to the battery. Make certain that you correctly match the positive (+) cable to the positive terminal on the battery and the negative (-) cable to the negative terminal.

Monitor Charging: While the battery is charging, you can monitor the progress. The built-in battery protection system ensures the battery is safeguarded against overcharging and other potential issues that could lead to damage.

Complete the Charging Process: Once the battery is fully charged, safely disconnect the charger, starting with the battery's terminals. Your 12V LiFePO4 Battery is now ready for use.

We strongly advise against combining a 12V LiFePO4 Battery with a lead acid battery pack. Such a configuration may lead to damage to the batteries and should be avoided.

When wiring or connecting batteries, it is essential to match batteries that are of the same type (in this case, lithium), possess the same capacity in Ampere-hours (Ah), have the same voltage (V), and are from the same brand. Mixing different types of batteries, especially lithium and lead acid, can result in operational issues and potential harm to the batteries.

1. Series and Parallel Connectivity: Our 12V batteries are designed to support both series and parallel connections, allowing for flexibility in configuration.
